When Bionomics set out to redomicile from Australia to the U.S., they saw an opportunity to change not just their location, but to reimagine their entire company. We partnered with them to build a new brand from the ground up that reflected the scientific significance of their work and resonated more deeply with U.S. investors, partners, and patients.

The result was Neuphoria: a name that speaks to a renewed state of mental clarity and emotional balance, grounded in the company’s mission to treat PTSD and anxiety through innovative small molecule therapeutics.

Neuphoria officially launched on the NASDAQ in March of 2025, with President and CEO Spyros Papapetropoulos MD, PhD ringing the Opening Bell.

challenge

The challenge in front of us was more than just renaming a company—it was repositioning an established biotech for a new market, new audience, and a new chapter. We needed to shift perceptions from legacy to breakthrough, from clinical to emotionally resonant. This required developing a visual language that could carry both scientific credibility and human empathy—two qualities often hard to balance in biotech branding.

To get there, we needed to design a system that merged softness and precision—clean layouts, atmospheric imagery, and a purposeful use of color and motion—all working together to create a digital experience that feels both grounded and forward-looking.

Approach

We developed a full visual identity system, including logo, typography, color palette, and design language, all rooted in the emotional and neurological landscape the company is working to reshape. The symbol, an abstract, flower-like representation of a pentameric acetylcholine receptor, pairs with a refined, modern aesthetic designed to signal trust, sophistication, and forward momentum.

From pitch decks to the public-facing site, every touchpoint was crafted to help Neuphoria show up in the world with clarity and confidence—reflecting both the science behind their therapies and the human impact at the heart of their mission.
